Per its Constitution and ByLaws, the affairs of the MidAtlantic Rubber & Plastics Group are administered by an Executive Committee of Officers and a Board of Directors. The Officers, Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, are elected and serve two-year terms. The Board of Directors is drawn from manufacturers, suppliers and academic institutions and also includes the immediate Past Chair, Rubber Division Area Director, Historian and Newsletter Editor.

Candidates for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors are selected by a Nominating Committee and elected by the membership. Permanent committees include Education, Scholarships, Publicity, Solicitation, Finance, Membership, Technical Program, Golf, Outing, Site Selection and others, as may be initiated by the Executive Committee.

The MARPG actively promotes meetings and events sponsored by the Rubber Division and encourages members to join the Division and ACS.
